Who We’re Looking For

We’re currently hiring for the following roles:

🔧 Appliance Repair Technician (EPA Certified Preferred)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in refrigerator/appliance repair
• EPA Section 608 Certification (or willing to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across NYC
• Strong diagnostic skills and customer-first attitude

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Great communication and teamwork
• Ability to carry tools and parts, assist with jobs onsite

🖥️ Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator

Requirements:

• Experience in scheduling or customer service
• Familiar with NYC geography and boroughs
• Calm under pressure and highly organized
• Strong phone and email communication skills
